		Craig J. Wagner Executive Director Craig assumed the Executive Director position on July 19, 2010. A graduate from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication/Public Relations, Craig was named one of eleven Elite Pirates at the University as well as being awarded the 'Servire Society' Medal for his service to the community. In his previous role as Community Development & Media Relations Director for United Way of Pitt County, Craig brings an extensive knowledge of United Way operations to his new role. Craig also serves as president for the Dream Factory of NC, an all-volunteer charity that grants dreams to children with critical and chronic illness. Born and raised in Onslow County, Craig comes from a military family and is excited to return to the community and lead United Way of Onslow County.
		Christina Scaglione Director of Finance and Administration Hired June 8, 2009, Christina has over 10 years of experience working with non profit organizations. She has a Bachelor of Sience in Finance from Mercy College, NY. She is orginally from New York and currently resides in Jacksonville, NC with her husband. She is a proud Marine Corps wife.
